Going on holiday from bed (Publication in "Wirtschaftsforum")
Even in the age of digitalisation, a lot of things are still analogue in the HR departments of many companies. Danielle Software & Service GmbH from Frankfurt am Main thinks this should change quickly. The software of the still young company digitises holiday applications, sickness notifications, personnel files and much more. In the new age, it is now possible to apply for a holiday via smartphone from bed, get it approved a few seconds later and then book the holiday.
A market analysis revealed that there was no software on the market with which small companies could easily manage their human resources. Günther Fernbach and his wife Danielle, who has many years of experience in human resources management in medium-sized companies, set about developing it. A few months ago - three years later - the two managing directors went to market with their product and their new, spin-off company Danielle Software. "We are currently onboarding, with three to five customers a month - and the trend is rising," reports Günther Fernbach.
Intelligent personnel management
We offer self-service that does not require any special technical infrastructure. You can do everything on your mobile phone, laptop or computer. Our software uses artificial intelligence, understands several languages and adapts to the respective user. There is nothing comparable on the market. The entire personnel area is covered, from recruitment to leaving the company. Companies with up to three employees can use the software free of charge. If the client is not satisfied, he can cancel any day. Why is the software so well received? "Digitised people want to use things directly and not fill out a leave request form and wait 2 weeks for approval," he explains. Companies that want to hire innovative employees also need to provide employees with an innovative, modern and technical environment.
Clear and smart: The software provides employees with intelligent, mobile-based self-service.
Digitalised people also want to communicate digitally with the company they work for and receive direct answers to their queries.
