We would like to introduce new products and features. Due to this, we have restructured and redesigned the product overview page in the Danielle Software. Follow-ups for specific topics are displayed and individual analyses can be performed.
We have developed the following new features for you:
You will receive a mail containing these topics, if you have configured this, only on the days that have been assigned in the working time model and on days that are not a public holiday or you are not marked as absent. The daily e-mail has also been redesigned and made more concise – you can see for yourself.
Get information only when you need it!
We have enhanced the personnel file by adding the new field ‘Working group/team’ which will allow you to group together employees who work in different departments but are cooperating in a joint project on e.g. a temporary or permanent basis.
Put your teams together individually!
You can define when your employees may connect to the Danielle Software. You can activate or deactivate several employees directly in the employee overview without having to open each individual file.
A faster way to define access rights!
You can now directly access a personnel file from the Who-is-Who section, provided that you have an HR profile.

For staff development purposes, it is useful to carry out the 360-degree feedback survey which has been enhanced by new functionalities:
- Participants can be added directly from their personnel files.
- You can also duplicate your survey and save time.
- The number of participants and the feedback for your surveys can be seen directly in the survey overview page.

Here you can create projects, record the hours involved and draw up an assessment of your budget consumption.
