Creating a comprehensive personnel file for employees without a business e-mail address: in the field ‘Business e-mail address’, just enter a virtual e-mail address that is also used as a user name and thus, as a login name for the employee in question, as is the case for all other employees.

Are there employees in your company who do not work at a computer and do not need a business e-mail account for their workstation? Our latest software version allows you to fully create employees working on the shop floor or with the vehicle fleet who do not have a personalised e-mail account.

All you have to do is enter, as usual, the information in the mask for the personnel file together with a virtual e-mail address in the field ‘Business e-mail address’. It is advisable to use the usual form, for example: firstname.surname@company.com. As with all other employees, this is also used as a user name and thus, as a login name for the employee in question.

Since there are differences between the various members of staff, you can use this function to remain flexible.
